We will conduct a thorough physical examination, assessing posture, range of motion, flexibility, stability, and overall spinal and neurological health. For PEDIATRIC PATIENTS: We do a full analysis of developmental milestones, cranial nerve exam, primitive reflex assessment, and full body myofascial analysis.  

Depending on our findings, we may recommend additional diagnostic tests such as X-rays, MRI scans, or lab work to gain a deeper understanding of your condition and rule out underlying issues.

Our chiropractic adjustments focus on optimizing your Central Nervous System (CNS). We use various techniques to correct subluxations, enhance nervous system function, and support your body’s natural healing processes. 

Chiropractic care is an ongoing process. We will create a personalized care plan based on your consultation and examination results, outlining the frequency of visits and duration of your care plan.

To further support your health, we may offer advice on lifestyle modifications or postural adjustments that complement your care plan and promote optimal health. 

Doula services offer personalized, non-medical support throughout pregnancy, labor, and the postpartum period. Doulas provide continuous emotional and physical assistance during labor, helping with comfort measures, breathing techniques, and navigating the birth process. They also support you in communicating your preferences to your healthcare team and offer guidance on postpartum recovery, including infant care and breastfeeding. By providing this holistic support, doulas help ensure a positive and empowering birth experience.
